Cox & Combes’ Washington by Brad Neely

This is the infamous short that Spike and Mike allegedly swindled the rights to. But don’t feel bad for Neely, he used the success of this short and his Creased Comics to get a job with Super Deluxe. His two series I Am Baby Cakes and The Professor Brothers are the best stuff on that site.
